Jason Formagus

Jason Formagus currently serves as Vice President of Finance at Virgin Galactic since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership. Previously, at AECOM from July 2014 to May 2022, Jason held roles including Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for DCS Americas and Senior Vice President of Finance for the West Region. Jason's responsibilities encompassed strategic alignment, financial planning, and management of substantial business segments. Earlier, at Raytheon from April 2006 to July 2014, Jason served as CFO of Thales Raytheon Systems, LLC, and managed significant program areas. Jason's career began at Boeing from 1998 to 2006 in business operations. Jason holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University and a BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
