Kristen Taraszewski

Kristen Taraszewski is a highly skilled biomedical engineer and learning development expert with extensive experience in the fields of aerospace medicine and industrial automation. Currently serving as a Biomedical Engineer Specialist and Biomedical Engineering Consultant at Virgin Galactic since September 2022, Kristen also holds the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Aerospace Medicine. As the Founder and CEO of Kristen T. Resources, Kristen has integrated NASA training methodologies with adult learning practices to create training departments tailored for the industrial automation sector. With a history as Chief Executive Officer at ThrottleUp and consultancy roles across various organizations, Kristen has a proven track record in designing and implementing training programs globally. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and completed a course in Leaders of Learning at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
