Rebecca Rule

Rebecca Rule has over 14 years of experience at Virgin Media, currently serving as a Demand Manager at Virgin Media O2 since August 2022. Prior roles include Product Manager, where management of mobile telecom products focused on Pay Monthly propositions and Insurance was key, along with strong collaboration with 3rd party suppliers and device portfolio teams. Previous positions as Delivery Manager and Proposition Delivery Manager involved business analysis, solutions design, and project management for new mobile propositions, specializing in communication with 3rd party IT teams. As Programme Manager, Rebecca led improvements in mobile products and customer service operations, and as Team Manager, oversaw various customer service teams across multiple functions. Rebecca is an alumnus of St Augustine's Catholic College, having attended from 1999 to 2006.
