Eric Mullane

Eric Mullane is an experienced professional in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience and Operations at Virgin Media Ireland since 2015. In this role, Eric defines the customer experience strategy and oversees the end-to-end customer operations activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Prior to this, Eric held various positions at SSE plc, including Commercial Operations Manager and Regulatory Affairs, where responsibilities included managing service delivery to a significant customer base and ensuring regulatory compliance. Earlier experience includes roles at Bord Gais Energy, the Commission for Energy Regulation, Cpl Jobs Ireland, and Dell. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communications Engineering from Technological University Dublin.
