Lwandile Mahlangu

Lwandile Mahlangu currently serves as the Public Health Director at Virgin Voyages, a position held since June 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Public Health Officer at Carnival Cruise Line from November 2017 to July 2021, focusing on public health compliance inspections and training. Previous roles encompass being an Accountability, Monitoring and Evaluation Facilitator at World Vision from July 2016 to June 2017, and serving as an Environmental Health Officer Intern at Bulawayo City Council between July 2011 and September 2012, where responsibilities included environmental health inspections and licensing. Lwandile Mahlangu holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in Environmental Science and Health from the National University of Science and Technology (2009-2013), completed an Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management Course at the National Social Security Authority (2015), and obtained qualifications in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 as a Lead Auditor.
