Pavel Novák

Pavel Novák is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Traveling People Director and People Director at Virgin Voyages since April 2021. Prior roles include HR Manager at Pullmantur Cruceros, focusing on HR operations for over 800 crew members, and People & Performance Manager at P&O Cruises Australia. Pavel also held the position of HR Director at Iberocruceros, where the role of onboard Human Resources Director was established. Prior to these positions, Pavel worked as an HR Consultant specializing in Global Mobility at SAP, supporting employee relocations and compliance in the Latin American region, USA, and Caribbean. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant to the Chargé d'Affaires at the Embassy of Costa Rica and a part-time Customer Service Agent at Accenture Services. Pavel holds a degree from Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica, awarded between 2008 and 2013, and completed general studies at the Grammar School of Jakub Škoda from 1998 to 2006.
