Teresa Buckley Diaz

Teresa Buckley Diaz, APR, is an accomplished Partner Development Manager at the Virginia Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau since July 2009, bringing extensive expertise in destination marketing, government, media, and community relations. Prior experience includes various roles at the City of Virginia Beach from January 1999 to July 2019, where Teresa served as a Public Relations Specialist, Community Outreach & Relationship Development Manager, Media and Communications Coordinator, and Executive Assistant to the Director of Media & Communications. Teresa began the professional journey as an Administrative Assistant supporting the utility engineering division. Education was obtained at Bryant & Stratton College in Virginia Beach from June 1986 to June 1987.
