Tammy Jackson

Tammy Jackson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Tammy worked as a Senior Vice President and Chief Human Capital Officer at Virginia Community Capital - VCC from May 2018 to present. Before that, they owned their own consulting company called Positive Impact Consulting LLC since 1998. From May 2016 to May 2018, they served as an Organizational Culture Administrator and Program Manager for Performance Management at Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to that, from June 2010 to April 2016, they worked as a Leadership Development Consultant at the Performance Management Group at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Tammy Jackson attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.
