Jocelyn Bagby

Jocelyn Bagby has an extensive work history in the field of emergency management and finance. Jocelyn began their career in 2003 as an Accounts Receivable Analyst at the Virginia Department of Corrections. In 2008, they moved to the Virginia Department of Emergency Management as a Grants Administrator, where they served until 2015. During this time, they gained experience in managing grant programs and budgets related to homeland security and resilience.

From 2015 to 2018, Jocelyn worked for the Commonwealth of Virginia, where they held the role of Homeland Security and Resilience Grant Programs and Budget Manager. Additionally, from 2017 to 2018, they served as the Interim Interoperable Communications Program Manager.
