Juan Rocha is a seasoned Sr. Bridge Engineer with extensive experience in the field of civil and infrastructure engineering. With a career spanning over a decade, Juan has held key positions at the Virginia Department of Transportation since February 2016 and previously worked as a Bridge Engineer at Michael Baker Corporation from 2010 to February 2016, where responsibilities included Georgia Statewide Design reviews for Georgia DOT. Prior experience includes a role as a Civil Associate at The LPA Group from June 2008 to October 2010 and a co-op trainee position at the Federal Highway Administration's bridge inspection group in early 2008. Juan holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Infrastructure Engineering from George Mason University, completed in 2012 and 2008, respectively.
