Vladica Krstic

Vladica Krstic, PE, PMP, PTOE, is a seasoned traffic engineering professional with extensive experience in managing traffic engineering studies and analyses as the Area Manager for Fairfax and Arlington Counties at the Virginia Department of Transportation since April 2014. In this role, Vladica provides leadership, planning, and resource coordination while also representing the Traffic Engineering Section in various collaborative efforts. Prior to this position, Vladica served as a Traffic/Transportation Senior Project Engineer - Assistant Project Manager at Gannett Fleming from November 2001 to April 2014, focusing on traffic engineering, signal system design, and transportation planning services. Vladica holds a degree from the University of Belgrade, obtained between 1995 and 2001.
