Karen Vaughan

Karen Vaughan has extensive experience in administration and individual health insurance sales at Virginia Beach Farm Bureau since January 2006, focusing on serving the agriculture community and enhancing members' lives through access to fresh, locally grown food. Prior to this role, Karen served as Deputy Commissioner of the Revenue for the City of Virginia Beach from July 1974 to October 2000, responsible for the administration of local excise taxes and related duties. Karen's educational background includes completion of high school and college-level courses from 1973 to 1975.
