Bella Bybee

Bella Bybee's work experience begins with their current role as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center and Foundation, which they started in October 2021.

Prior to that, they worked at State Farm from 2017 to 2021. During this time, Bella held two positions. Bella first served as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager from November 2018 to October 2021. Bella then transitioned to the role of Junior Account Manager from September 2017 to November 2018.

Bella Bybee began their education at Portland Community College in 2017, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree. Bella completed their studies in 2019 and then continued their education at the same institution, earning an Associate of Arts degree by 2021. Afterward, Bella enrolled at Oregon State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from 2020 to 2022. Following that, they pursued an Executive Master's degree in Public Policy at Oregon State University from 2022 to 2023.
