Starting their career in human resources as a Human Resources Assistant, Lauren has progressed through various roles in companies such as Seasalt and Activate Learning. With a focus on providing procedural guidance, managing HR administration, and supporting special projects, Lauren's experience spans across managing employee lifecycle, handling grievances, and assisting with TUPE & acquisition projects.
