Don Lundin

Don Lundin has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry spanning over several decades. Don is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Virginia Health Services since March 2021. Previously, they held the same position at Riverside Health System from July 2012 to January 2021. Before that, they worked as the Regional Director of Operations at Five Star Senior Living from December 2009 to May 2012. Don also has experience as a Managing Partner at Vantage Advisory Group, where they provided professional services and solutions in the senior living industry from November 2008 to November 2009.

Prior to this, they served as an Area Manager of Operations at Sunrise Senior Living from July 2004 to October 2008. Don also had their own venture called The Lundin Group, where they acted as the Owner from August 2002 to July 2004.

Their earlier roles include working as an Administrator at Sentara Healthcare from March 2003 to February 2004, as well as a Regional Director of Operations at Alterra Healthcare from April 1999 to August 2002. Don also served as the General Manager at Marriott Senior Living Services - The Colonnades from January 1994 to June 1998 and from April 1996 to March 1996.

Their extensive work experience can be traced back to their role as the Vice President of Operations at Littleton Regional Hospital from January 1989 to May 1994.

Don Lundin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Rhode Island in 1982. In 1983, they obtained a Certificate in Medical Prosthetics from Northwestern University. Don further pursued their education at The George Washington University School of Business, where they earned a Master of Healthcare Administration degree in 1988, specializing in Healthcare Administration.
