Danielle Childress Smith

Danielle Childress-Smith has worked in various positions since 2013. Danielle started as an Operations Specialist at Staffmark in August 2016 and worked until February 2017. From March 2013 to February 2017, they were a Wellness Coach and Program Specialist at the YMCA of Greater Richmond. Later, in January 2017, they joined Molina Healthcare as a Business Development - Marketing and Research Associate until November 2018. Finally, since February 2019, Childress-Smith has been associated with Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association (VHHA) where they worked as a Data Analyst until January 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Data Services at VHHA.

Danielle Childress-Smith received their Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Jefferson College of Health Sciences in the years 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Health, Physical Education, and Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, in September 2019, they received certification as a Tableau Desktop Specialist from Tableau Software.
