Sandy Redd

Sandy Redd, CMB has been working at Virginia Housing Development Authority since May 2002, initially as a Senior Finance Manager/Capital Markets and later serving as a Business Partner Product Manager. Prior to this, Sandy graduated from Virginia Tech in 1988.
