Thomas Mulvaney

Thomas Mulvaney currently serves as the Superintendent of Construction Operations at Virginia Natural Gas, a position held since September 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the construction of underground gas utility infrastructure, making field decisions, and ensuring safety and compliance during construction.
