Regina Baker

Regina Baker, PharmD, has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical field, currently serving as both Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager at Virginia Oncology Associates since September 2017. Prior to this role, Regina held the position of Branch Operations Manager at HomeChoice Partners, a Bioscrip company, from August 2007 to August 2017, and served as Pharmacy Supervisor and Pharmacist at Sentara Home Care and Hospice Services from July 1998 to July 2007. Regina earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from Virginia Commonwealth University from 1994 to 1998 and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from California State University-Sacramento from 1988 to 1992.
