Melissa Robertson

Melissa Robertson possesses extensive experience in management and customer service within the telecommunications and retirement sectors. Currently serving as the Retirement Outreach Counseling Manager at the Virginia Retirement System since February 2010, Melissa oversees the Communications/Correspondence unit and manages the education and training project analyst, focusing on enhancing self-service applications and implementing best practices. Previous roles include Member Counseling Supervisor, Team Manager at T-Mobile, and various supervisory positions at SunCom Wireless, where responsibilities encompassed team management, coaching, and compliance with federal requirements.
