Randy Webne

Randy Webne has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Randy started their career at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in 1999, where they held the role of Human Resources Manager for 16 years. In 2015, they joined the Virginia State Bar as the Human Resources Director.

Randy Webne holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University. Randy also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. In July 2020, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
