Hazel Monzon

Hazel Monzon is an experienced instructional designer with a robust background in eLearning and training development. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Virginia Tire & Auto since April 2019, Hazel coordinates with subject matter experts and manages training content, ensuring courses are updated and effective. Previous roles include positions at ServiceSource, Framedia Inc., and ACS of the Philippines, A Xerox Company, where Hazel honed skills in content creation, course design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hazel began the career as an English teacher and facilitator, focusing on language skills development. Hazel holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, majoring in English and Literature from De La Salle University.
