Jamie Steider

Jamie Steider's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Virginia Tire & Auto since September 2020. In this role, they are responsible for driving the company's data-driven management culture and optimizing financial results and customer satisfaction. Before this, they served as the Chief People Officer at the same company, where they focused on career development, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Virginia Tire & Auto, Jamie worked as the Director of Human Resources at Federated Wireless from April 2018 to March 2020. In this role, they developed and implemented progressive compensation and benefits programs to motivate and incentivize employees.
