Mol Elizabeth Scales Ees

Elizabeth Scales, MOL, EES, has served as the Organizational Development Coordinator at Virginia Urology since January 2015, where responsibilities include designing and delivering strategic employee development programs, partnering with executive leadership on organizational culture, and fostering relationships with community colleges for recruitment. Elizabeth is also an experienced speaker, presenting on topics such as leading employees through change, building team morale, and the distinctions between leadership and management. Prior to this role, Elizabeth gained experience as a Patient Service Representative at both Virginia Urology and Patient First. Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Bluefield University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Human Services from J Sargeant Reynolds Community College.
