Paul Fleming

Paul Fleming has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Paul'smost recent position was as the Vice President of Customer Success at Virgo, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Clarify Health Solutions as the Director of Customer Impact from August 2021 to June 2023. From July 2020 to August 2021, they held a leadership role as the Vice President of Research, Delivery, and Product Development at the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy. Before that, they were a Senior Consultant at Navigant from February 2018 to March 2019 and at Avaap EHR (formerly Falcon) from August 2016 to January 2018. Paul also worked as a Consultant at Accenture Health Practice from January 2015 to July 2016. At The Advisory Board Company, they held multiple positions including Senior Dedicated Advisor, Product Marketing Manager, and Marketing Associate from October 2013 to January 2015, June 2012 to September 2013, and July 2011 to June 2012, respectively. Additionally, they founded and served as the Director of Camp PALS Georgetown from September 2012 to July 2014.

Paul Fleming obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology of Health and Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania. Paul pursued their education at the university from 2007 to 2011.
