Brian Liu's work experience begins in 2011 as an Account Executive Summer Intern at Unicom Technology (HK) Ltd. Here, they assisted with marketing activities, coordinated promotion campaigns, performed administrative and accounting functions, and supported inventory organization.
In 2015, Liu joined Hang Seng Bank as a Financial Services Trainee in Retail Banking. Brian then progressed to the roles of General Banking Officer and Senior General Banking Officer before becoming a Customer Relationship Management Manager. In these positions, Liu managed customer relationships, provided banking services, and supported various retail banking functions.
In 2017, Liu joined CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. as a Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking. Brian was responsible for upselling, developing, and managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, providing transaction banking services, and maintaining relationships with clients and referral partners. Liu also conducted due diligence and implemented anti-money laundering measures.
Liu's next role was at Hang Seng Bank as an Assistant Vice President in Private Banking from 2018 to 2019. Here, they assisted high-net-worth clients with their banking needs.
From 2019 to 2021, Liu worked at CTBC Bank Corp. (Canada) as a Customer Relationship Management Manager. In this role, they managed customer relationships and provided banking solutions.
Since 2021, Liu has been at VirgoCX, where they initially served as an Account Manager. Brian then progressed to the role of Senior Account Manager before becoming the Senior Manager of Sales & Operations.
Brian Liu pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Manitoba, which they attended from 2012 to 2014.
