Sophie Zurquiyah

Sophie Zurquiyah serves as the Group CEO of VIRIDIEN since April 2018 and has been a Board Member of TechnipFMC since April 2021, where Sophie holds a position on the Audit Committee. Previously, Sophie was a Board Member at Safran from June 2017 to February 2023, also participating in the Audit Committee. Sophie's extensive experience at CGG from February 2013 to April 2021 included roles as Group COO and SEVP of Geology, Geophysics, and Reservoir, overseeing various subsurface business lines and global operations. Prior experience at Schlumberger spanned from 1995 to 2013, where roles included VP of Sustaining, President of Data and Consulting Services, and CIO, among others. Sophie's educational background includes a Master of Sciences in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a DEA in Analyse Numerique from Pierre and Marie Curie University, along with a diploma in Modelling and applied mathematics from CentraleSupélec.
