Shubham Gupta has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Shubham began their career in 1998 as an R&D Engineer and Snr Apps Engineer at Seagate Technology. Shubham then progressed to Business Development Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Director, Consumer Electronics at Seagate Technology. In 2007, they moved to Forevision Strategy as Partner and Head of Technology Practice, where they consulted for a top-tier consumer electronics brand on product positioning for the emerging video player segment. Shubham then joined Virkware as Co-Founder in 2019, before becoming Chief Executive Officer at Upswells in 2021. In their current role, they are focused on making 81% of employees feel comfortable in proposing solutions, expressing concerns or opinions at work.
