Meredith Brown

Meredith Brown is a seasoned executive in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors, currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development at ViroCell Biologics since December 2024. Previously, Brown held the position of Director of Business Development for Cell and Gene Technologies at Lonza from February 2019 to December 2024. As CEO and Managing Partner at Gravitas Biomanufacturing from 2017 to 2019, Brown co-founded a CMO focused on producing cells and viruses for therapeutic applications. Brown's extensive experience includes leadership roles in various organizations, such as Invetech, Twister Biotech LLC, Baylor College of Medicine, AlphaDev LLC, MB Consulting, Lumyx, and Salick Healthcare. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BA in Biological Sciences from UC Santa Barbara.
