Starlene Wiley

Starlene Wiley has been in the workforce since 2011, beginning with a role as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Massage Envy. In 2014, they became a Senior Coding Specialist at TeamHealth, where they managed a team of three Rejection Coders and reviewed all reconsideration letters written by them. In 2018, they started their role as a Billing & Coding Compliance Analyst at US Acute Care Solutions, where they handled Medicare audits, wrote and submitted appeals, and conducted internal coding and billing audits. In 2021, they joined Talent Stacker | Salesforce Career Development Program as a Salesforce Professional, where they utilized Slack for communicating with a team of four other Salesforce professionals, gathered detail requirements and full solution documentation for Requirement Delivery, and automated processes such as Email templates, approval processes, Email to Case, Process Builder, and Flows. In 2022, they began roles as an Associate Consultant at Virsys12 and a Salesforce Talent Alliance Fellowship at K2 University.

Starlene Wiley is currently enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce and Stark State College. Starlene has also obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in March 2022, Business Administration Specialist from Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges in December 2021, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist from Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges in November 2021, Security Specialist from Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges in September 2021, Massage Therapist from the State Medical Board of Ohio in July 2011, Certified Coding Associate (CCA) from AHIMA, and Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) from AAPC.
