Lauri Saviranta

Lauri Saviranta has a diverse work experience that includes roles such as Director of Product, Modular Platform at Virta Ltd, where they focused on the EV Charging Network and Services globally. Prior to that, they founded and worked as a Management Consultant at Saviranta Consulting supporting company leadership in conceptualizing new services. Additionally, they have a background in research and academia, working as a PhD Candidate at Aalto University with a focus on interorganizational service business development. Throughout their career, they have also been involved in various board positions and practical roles like truck driving, substitute teaching, and construction work.

Lauri Saviranta attended Helsinki Senior Secondary School of Visual Arts and obtained a Matriculation Examination in High School in 2004. Lauri then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics / Teaching Physics at the University of Helsinki starting in 2006. Lauri later enrolled at Aalto University, where they earned a M.Sc. (tech) degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Service Engineering & Management, and Bio Technology from 2008 to 2013. Lauri also pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Aalto University from 2013 to 2020 but dropped out. In 2023, they completed the Executive Product Leadership Program at CPO Accelerator and obtained additional certifications in Product Analytics and Product-led Certification from Pendo.io.
