Chief Executive Officer at Virti

Kurt Kratchman has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the technology and investment sectors. Kurt is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Virti, an immersive learning solution for healthcare and beyond. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Virti, where they were responsible for creating and distributing interactive educational content.

Before joining Virti, Kratchman worked as a Founding Partner at Makude Investment Partners LLP. Kurt also served as the Group Vice President (GVP) at Oracle, managing a portfolio of enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) martech and ad tech products. Additionally, they held the role of Chief Operations Officer at Grapeshot, which was later acquired by Oracle.

Kratchman has also been involved in venture capital and private equity as a Venture Partner at Winnick & Company. At TRUCKAST, they served as the Vice Chairman and later as the CEO.

Their earlier experiences include serving on the National Advisory Board of the Emerging Media Initiative at Ball State University and being a Board Member and President Emeritus of the International Digital Media and Arts Association. Kurt also founded and served as the CEO of BLACKBOX, an aviation-related business.

Throughout their career, Kratchman has demonstrated expertise in executive leadership, business development, and strategic planning. Kurt has also been actively involved in advising and lecturing in the fields of design and media.

Kurt Kratchman attended Clayton High School from 1983 to 1987, where they completed their high school education. In 1987, they enrolled in The Hebrew University of Jerusalem to study Philosophy and Religious Studies. However, the degree they obtained from this university is unknown. From 1988 to 1992, Kurt attended Tulane University, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Philosophy and Jewish Studies. Kurt further expanded their education by attending the Vancouver Film School from 1997 to 1998, participating in their Multimedia Program with a specialization in New Media.
