Anna Klyuchnikova

Anna Klyuchnikova has been in the IT industry since 2007. Anna started their career at Netcracker Technology as a Software Engineer and worked their way up to a Technical Program Manager / Lead Technical Business Analyst. In 2017, they moved to Chorus NZ Limited, where they held the role of Technical Business Analysis / Software Delivery Practice Lead. Currently, they are employed at Virto Commerce as a Software Delivery Manager / Practice Lead.

Anna Klyuchnikova obtained their Master's Degree in Telecommunication Networks and Systems from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) between 2004 and 2010. Additionally, they hold two certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc.: Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager and Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer.
