Ryan Bray

Ryan Bray has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ryan currently holds the position of Vice President of US Sales at VirTra, a role they assumed in December 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of U.S. Sales at VirTra from June 2017 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for sales and marketing activities in 21 US states and played a pivotal role in increasing top-line revenue by 590%. Ryan also worked as a Regional Manager at VirTra from June 2010 to June 2017, where they deployed simulation training equipment to various law enforcement agencies and commercial customers. Notably, they closed the largest order in company history, amounting to $6 million from the US Department of Homeland Security.

Before joining VirTra, Ryan worked at Axon, where they served as the National Sales Manager for Professional Security from April 2007 to June 2010 and as a National Sales Representative for Law Enforcement from January 2005 to April 2007.

Ryan's earlier work experience includes a stint as the General Manager at Fastenal Company from February 2003 to January 2005 and an Assistant Manager role from May 2002 to February 2003.

Ryan Bray attended Northern Arizona University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Sociology.
