Jeffrey Lageweg

Jeffrey Lageweg has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Jeffrey started their career as a 1st Line Support at Van der Moolen Holding N.v., where they provided service desk support for traders and maintained trading workstations and office environments. Jeffrey then moved on to become a Junior IT Specialist, responsible for maintaining back-office systems and performing system administration tasks. Jeffrey later became a Senior IT-Specialist, where they were in charge of running trading systems and rolling out internally developed software while maintaining venue connections.

Afterwards, Jeffrey joined Nyenburgh Holding B.V. as an IT Specialist, where they took on a wide range of responsibilities, including creating a Puppet maintained environment, improving system speed, and overseeing time syncing processes.

Most recently, Jeffrey has been working at Virtu Financial, where they held various roles. Jeffrey started as part of the Europe I.T. Operations team before transitioning to IT Trading Systems. In their most recent role as a Lead System Engineer, they played a key role in the development and maintenance of critical trading systems.
