Sergii Zalevskyi

Sergii Zalevskyi is a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in the healthcare and transportation sectors. At Virtuace Inc. and the Human Health Project, Sergii leads requirements gathering and analysis for healthcare projects, creating functional and technical specifications. Previously, at Center Rail Transport Research, Sergii served as Product Owner and Business Analyst, conducting market analysis and developing a product roadmap for a railway information web portal. Additionally, at Kyiv City State Administration, Sergii held the position of Department sub-head, focusing on information policy strategy development. The career began at JSC Ukrainian Railway, where Sergii managed internal communications. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in IT Law from the National Technical University of Ukraine and a Master’s degree in Rail Transport Operation from the State University of Infrastructure and Technologies.
