Bill Best

Bill Best is an experienced executive with a diverse background in real estate, advisory services, and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Board Member at ARC Realty Co. and an Advisory Board Member at XDF Real Estate Partners, Bill has significant expertise in student housing and asset management. As the Founder and CEO of Garrett Lane Advisors, emphasis is placed on ESG, succession strategy, and turnaround situations. Bill also holds the position of COO at Regal Holdings and has been the Managing Principal at Bayshore Capital, focusing on Hispanic-oriented retail and leisure properties. Additional roles include past membership on the Board of Directors at Truett Hurst, Inc. and experience as CFO at Cuco Resources Limited, where substantial capital was raised for mining projects. Bill holds degrees in Arts from the University of Toronto and certificates in sustainability and ESG from Competent Boards.
