Sandeep Deswal

Sandeep Deswal has diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sandeep began their career in 2006 as a Test Engineer at CSC India Pvt. Ltd., where they worked on the Exceed project, focusing on property and casualty insurance. Sandeep then moved on to Hewitt Associates Pvt Ltd, where they served as a Test Engineer and later as a Sr. Test Engineer on various projects related to spending accounts and subsidy programs. In 2011, they joined Aon as a Test Analyst, focusing on projects related to health care reform. Sandeep continued their career at AON Hewitt India Pvt. Ltd as a Sr. Test Analyst, working on projects involving eligibility and premium reporting. In 2017, they joined Alight Solutions as a Domain Lead. Currently, Sandeep Deswal is the VP - Client Delivery at Virtual Diamond Boutique - VDB, where they oversee client delivery and previously served as the Director of Scrum and Project Manager Scrum Master. These roles have provided him with a strong foundation in project management, testing, and domain expertise in the insurance and health care sectors.

Sandeep Deswal pursued their Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication from Kurukshetra University, completing it between 2001 and 2005.
