Tami Banick, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has a total of 21 years of work experience in various roles. Tami began their career at CenturyTel in 1994 as an Access Services Supervisor and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, Tami worked at Timmons International as a Controller. In 2013, they joined Mid La Anesthesia Consultants as a Practice Management Accountant and stayed with the company until 2015. Currently, Tami is working at Virtual Partner Advantage since August 2015 as a Controller & Team Lead. In their current role, they partner with clients to help them maximize their existing capabilities and increase their competitive advantage.

Tami Banick, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Louisiana Monroe, which was earned from 1989 to 1993. Tami pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Phoenix from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their academic achievements, Tami Banick has obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in May 2002 and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in December 2015.
