Heather Droel

Heather Droel has extensive experience in human resources, having held roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at Virtual Peaker, Director of Human Resources at National Grid Renewables LLC, and Director of Human Resources at Geronimo Energy. Heather obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Purdue University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, and completed their high school education at New Richmond High School.
