Carmen Trepmann

Carmen Trepmann's work experience includes various roles and responsibilities in different companies. Carmen started their career with Ibena Textilwerke GmbH as a Sales Assistant in Technical Textiles. Carmen then became a Project Manager, responsible for coordinating IT and organizational projects. Carmen successfully led the relocation of production to Eastern Europe.

In 2005, Carmen joined Materna Virtual Solution GmbH as a Senior Project Manager and Program Manager for Java Software Solutions. Carmen later became the Head of the Project Management Office, where they managed the overall project portfolio. Carmen also served as the Director of Professional Services and Change Manager, leading change initiatives within the company.

From 2015 to 2016, Carmen took on the role of Product Owner and Team Lead for Android at Materna. Carmen then transitioned to become the Head of iOS, leading a team of up to 10 people in an international and partially remote setting. Carmen was responsible for the technical product vision, roadmap, and release planning. Carmen also played a significant role in the development of the SecurePIM solution.

Throughout their career, Carmen demonstrated strong leadership skills, coached and mentored team members, and contributed to the recruitment and onboarding process. Carmen prioritized business value and collaborated closely with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and evaluators.

Carmen Trepmann attended the Westphalian Academy of Public and Business Administration from 1999 to 2002, where they received a Diploma in Business Administration "Betriebswirt (VWA)" with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. In addition to their degree, Carmen has obtained several certifications including PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, as well as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in 2007.
