Esmeralda Guevara

Esmeralda Guevara is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Coordinator at PGS360 since October 2023. Prior to this, Esmeralda held roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Berry Virtual and a Talent Acquisition Partner at DevSavant, where innovative recruitment strategies and strong stakeholder relationships were developed. Additionally, Esmeralda was the International Corporate Coordinator and earlier the International Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Academia Europea El Salvador, effectively managing the international HR department and enhancing recruitment processes. Esmeralda has previous experience in commercial management support and fundraising, complemented by a degree in International Relations and Business from Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador.
