Jenny Gower

Jenny Gower has over 30 years of work experience in the software industry. Jenny began their career in 1989 as a Developer at EDS Group, where they worked on a demand management and prediction system for East Midlands Electricity Board and a refinery management system for Grangemouth Refinery. In 1993, they joined Prologic PLC as a Developer, and was later promoted to Head of Software Quality and Product Design, where they were responsible for software quality, release process, specifications and code. In 2012, they became a Head of Quality at ITIM, where they reported to the Operations Director and had an open brief to improve the quality of software and efficiency of development process. That same year, Gower also became an Independent Oracle Business Analyst. In 2014, they joined Virtualstock as a Senior Business Analyst.

Jenny Gower attended the University of Southampton from 1986 to 1989 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography.
