The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our platforms, joining a small Global Team reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations.
In addition, the successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce and CPQ platforms. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes.

Responsibilities
All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Creating and Managing Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, lightning apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
Sandbox environment management
Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
Identify unused or underutilized platform features
Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
Change requests completed on time
Monitor and improve user adoption
New user and ongoing user training
Technical documentation
Comfortable with dealing with large data volumes
Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience as Salesforce Administrator
Experience with configuring Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Commercial experience and understanding of Sales Processes
Positive and can-do attitude
Detail and customer orientated with good multitasking and organizational ability
Must be able to maintain objectivity, demonstrate diplomacy and tact in all situations
Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Problem solver and detail orientated
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Experience absorbing information quickly from a business perspective and translating this into technical requirements
Experience with Account Engagement Preferred
Knowledge and experience in any of the following is a plus
