Lauren Rosales

Lauren Rosales has a wide range of work experience. From 2011 to 2019, they held various positions in different companies. In 2011, they were a Foreign Investment Executive at the Ministry of International Trade and Foreign Investment. In 2013, they were an ESL Instructor as a Freelance. In 2014, they were an Event Coordinator at Memoris Resorts Cuba Division. In 2015, they were an Account Executive at Marine Foods Express, LTD and a Product Coordinator at a Tour Operator. In 2017, they were an Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO at Corporate Group. In 2018, they were an Executive Personal Assistant to the Owner at Cisneros Corporation. Lastly, in 2019, they were the COO at Virtus Flow, where they supported Financial Institutions and enterprise companies in their Digital Transformation journey, helped over 100 employees organizations to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks up to 80%, and educated customers on how to adopt new technologies to improve their businesses.

Lauren Rosales completed a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics at the University of Havana between 2007 and 2012. In 2011, they attended a Workshop in Business Simulation at the University of Havana in association with the Humboldt University of Berlin. In the same year, they obtained a Certificate of Second Level in Mandarin Chinese Lenguage from the Confucius Institute of Havana University. In 2009, they attended a Workshop in Development Economics and International Development at the University of Havana in association with the Humboldt University of Berlin. In 2013, they obtained the New Chinese Proficiency Test 4 (HSK 4) from Shanxi University, China and attended a Workshop in Petroleum Resource Management at the Oil and Gas Institute, Havana. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Initiating and Planning Projects from Coursera.
