Nicole McMillan

Nicole McMillan, PhD, BCBA-D, currently serves as the Vice President and Director of Clinical Services at Virtus Health, LLC, starting August 2024. Previously, McMillan held the position of Vice President of Clinical Services at Centria Autism and Chief Clinical Officer at both Maraca Learning and Breakthrough Behavior. With extensive experience in clinical leadership, McMillan has also worked as Senior VP of Clinical Success, Network Director at Invo HealthCare - Progressus Therapy, and Chief Clinical Officer at ENGAGE Behavioral Health. Early career roles included Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Montgomery County Public Schools and various graduate clinician positions at Auburn University and Trumpet Behavioral Health. McMillan earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Cognitive and Behavioral Sciences from Auburn University and holds dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Communication Sciences and Disorders from Louisiana State University.
