Tijana Rukavina

Tijana Rukavina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in various companies. Currently, they are the Director and Head of Virtus Serbia at Virtus Partners, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, Tijana worked at FIS from 2017 to 2022, serving as a Product Manager for Modernization, Cross-Asset Trading & Risk, and later as a Senior Development Manager and Business Analyst Specialist. Before joining FIS, they worked at CIFC Asset Management from 2013 to 2016, where they held roles in Portfolio Management & Trading, Assistant Vice President, and Portfolio Control Team Leader. From 2011 to 2013, Tijana worked at SS&C GlobeOp, initially as an Associate Manager and later as a Manager. Their early career was at Deutsche Bank, where they held various roles, including Senior Fund of Hedge Funds Analyst, CLO Compliance Reporting Analyst, and CLO Portfolio Accounting Analyst.

Tijana Rukavina completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Minot State University, which they attended from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in December 2018.
