Rajitha Dilhara

Rajitha Dilhara is an experienced Associate Engineering Manager at Virtusa since June 2014, responsible for leading operations teams, including L2 support and infrastructure support teams, as well as developing a continuous improvement program to enhance team efficiency and reduce turnaround time. Prior experience includes serving as a System Support Engineer at CodeGen International, focusing on Oracle Database installation and application server management, and working as a Managed Services Executive at Dialog Axiata PLC, ensuring technical infrastructure compliance with ISO standards and supporting the Sri Lanka SWIFT network. Rajitha Dilhara possesses a Master of Business Administration from SLIIT, currently pursuing studies since January 2022, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from SLIIT, completed in December 2011.
