Paweł Dolega

Paweł Dolega is the CTO at VirtusLab. Paweł has also held the position of CTO at Nexelem and Co-founder / Director at SoftQ. Paweł has successfully delivered software systems to dozens of customers from segments ranging from Polish government administration to multinational courier delivery services to one of the biggest UK insurance comparison company. Their responsibilities have included conducting business analysis in order to find optimal software support for processes in customer's companies, requirement management, software architecture & design, and running the company.

Paweł Dolega has a M.Sc in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology and post-diploma studies in Project Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie. Paweł also has certifications from Lightbend, Inc. in Lightbend Fast Track to Scala Certified Trainer and Certified Reactive Architect, from Dataiku in Dataiku Core Designer and Dataiku ML Practitioner, and from Sun Microsystems in Sun Certified Business Component Developer (JEE 5), Sun Certified Java Programmer (JSE 5), and Sun Certified Web Component Developer (J2EE 1.4).
