Rick Crandall has held a number of roles in various companies since 1995. Rick was a Board Member for Diebold in 1995, a Board Member for ChannelNet in 1997, Chairman of the Enterprise Software CEO Roundtable in 1994, and Managing Partner of Aspen Venture in 2002. In 2002, they were also Executive Chairman of Healthometer Professional Scales and Pelstar, LLC. Rick was a Board Member of ACTV8 Inc. in 2011 and a Board Director of VIRUN in 2012. In 2016, they were Board Member, Chairman of the Cyber Committee, and Member of the Executive Committee at the National Cybersecurity Center. Rick was also Chairman of the Board and member of the Corporate Responsibility and Governance Committee at Donnelley Financial Solutions, Inc. in 2016. In 2018, they became Chairman of the Board for Jazz Aspen Snowmass.
Rick Crandall obtained a MSE in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science from the University of Michigan between 1960 and 1966. Rick also obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan. In June of 2017, they obtained a CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from the National Association of Corporate Directors and Carnegie Mellon University.
